For households with staff

Sleep training with a nanny, au pair, or night nurse.

In most Little You markets — Beverly Hills, Greenwich, Manhattan, Palo Alto, Palm Beach — bedtime three nights a week is run by a full-time nanny, an au pair, or a night nurse. That's not a complication. It's an advantage. Jenna coordinates directly with your household team so the plan runs identically whichever adult is on that night.

How it works: your nanny or night nurse joins the strategy call, walks through the plan with Jenna, and stays in messaging contact for the first two weeks. Everyone in the household — you, your partner, your caregiver — is trained on the same plan the same way. There's no "well, our nanny does it differently" mid-week, and no plan drift after a shift change.

This is especially high-leverage when transitioning off overnight help. When a night nurse rolls off around 3 to 4 months, most families see a regression a week later — because the baby never learned to fall asleep independently, someone was doing it for them. A sleep consultant at that transition point (or earlier) is what prevents that.

Better sleep starts with one call.
