Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant in Ajax, Ontario

Ajax families work with a certified pediatric sleep consultant over video, with a written plan built specifically for their child and two weeks of daily messaging while they run it. Ages 0 to 6, plans from $249. Start with a free 15-minute intro call.

The most common Ajax call is not a newborn call. It is a parent of a 10- to 18-month-old who slept fine, then stopped — usually after a move, an illness, a travel week, or a nap transition that arrived early. Nothing is broken. The schedule that worked at 8 months simply stopped fitting.

Fixing it takes a schedule audit first and a method second. Roughly half the families who come in convinced they need to sleep train actually need a wake-window correction and a bedtime shift. That is a cheaper, faster fix, and it is the one you get told about on the free call whether or not you buy a package.

Ajax has a lot of first-generation and multigenerational households, and that shapes the plan. When a grandparent is doing bedtime three nights a week, the plan has to be teachable in one page and culturally workable — not a method that quietly assumes one parent alone in a nursery. TODO: add a specific local detail here — a neighbourhood, community group, or family situation Jenna has worked with in Ajax.

Consults are virtual and serve all of Ajax, including the south lakeside area, Nottingham, Riverside, and the Salem corridor. TODO: confirm or swap these neighbourhood names.

Ajax parent questions

Our Ajax toddler slept well and suddenly stopped. Do we need a full package?

Not always. Sudden regressions in a previously good sleeper are frequently schedule problems — a nap that got too long, a bedtime that drifted late, or an early nap transition. The free 15-minute call is designed to catch that before you pay for anything.

We have family living with us. Will that make sleep training harder?

It makes consistency harder, not the training. The plan ships with a short caregiver page so everyone in the house responds identically. Sleep learning fails when the response varies between adults — not because more adults are present.

Can you help if our child shares a bedroom with a sibling?

Yes. Room-sharing plans sequence the work: the child being trained is usually moved out temporarily for 5 to 10 nights, or bedtimes are staggered so the sibling is asleep first. Once the new pattern holds, they go back together and it sticks.

How long before we see results after starting?

Most families see meaningful change within 3 to 7 nights, with night four typically being the hardest. Full consolidation, including naps, usually lands inside two to three weeks — which is why the support window is built to cover that stretch.
